International Support Systems strategically invests in and partners with aerospace companies in countries that will transition the delivery of our products and services closer to our customers while, at the same time, help Boeing build and grow its business.

International Support Systems is focused on delivery of services close to its customers and on expanding Boeing’s footprint in key global regions through strategic investments and partnerships with local aerospace companies. The relationships allow Boeing to provide support to customers with non-Boeing platforms.

  • Boeing partner Alsalam Aircraft Co. , based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, provides maintenance and modifications services to the Royal Saudi Air Force and commercial airplane customers.
  • Boeing Defence Australia plays a leading role in supporting a broad range of products including F/A-18 Hornet Upgrades, F-111 and Wedgetail for the Royal Australian Air Force.
  • In the United Kingdom, Aviation Training International Limited (ATIL), a 50-50 joint venture with Westland Helicopters Limited, provides training services to support the British Army’s fleet of Apache attack helicopters.

The division is currently leading efforts to establish similar ventures in other countries.
